SUTHERLAND SHIRE - Suite 1, 1-3 Station St ENGADINE
Servicing the Sutherland Shire and St. George District as well as surrounding areas, our Engadine Office handles a range wide-range of matters in various areas of law, with regular appearances before Sutherland, Bankstown and Wollongong Courthouses.

Our firm's Elder Law and Palliative Care Practice operate from the Engadine Office, offering an on-demand "We Come to You" service for clients in palliative care, as well as general law visits to hospitals, nursing homes, aged-care facilities, and retirement villages.

Our Principal Solicitor Anthony Byrne has completed post-graduate studies in Wills & Estate Law and is experienced in conducting legal and mental capacity assessments on clients, adopting a timely and holistic approach when it comes to drafting and executing wills.

One visit is generally all it takes for our clients to give their instructions, have their documents drafted and executed (duly signed), tax invoice issued and payment handled, with the free additional options of having a certified copy of all legal documents given to our clients, as well as safe-custody of original legal documents in our firm's document safe and register in our Sydney office.
